Julia Binder is Professor of Business Transformation at IMD Business School and Director of IMD's Center for Sustainable and Inclusive Business. A World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (2025) and Thinkers50 Radar honoree, she helps senior executives turn disruption into strategy and global challenges into competitive advantage. She is the co-author of The Circular Business Revolution (Pearson, 2024), co-editor of Leading the Sustainable Business Transformation (Wiley, 2025) and Program Director of IMD's Creating Value in the Circular Economy. Her research appears in Harvard Business ReviewSloan Management Review, and Academy of Management Review, among others.

Ulla Luhtasela serves as Lindström's Director of Sustainability, where she coordinates the implementation of the group's sustainability strategy and develops organizationalcompetences. Ulla enjoys leading strategic and innovative sustainability projects together with other experts.

Ulla has worked as a researcher, an authority, and an industry expert, and has acted as a team lead in international companies. She has two master degrees, one in environmental chemistry and environmental sciences, and second in toxicology, technology and management. Her diverse background and over 15 years of experience collaborating with decision-makers, authorities, and experts bring multidimensional insights and realism to goals and action plans.

She is an experienced speaker and trainer who loves meeting new people and sharing her knowledge, especially about circular economy, climate change and sustainable supply chains. She is a member of FIBS’s sustainability leaders sparring group and Nature Network.

Ulla believes that sustainability is at the core of future business and that the circular economy creates new business and growth opportunities. Under Ulla's leadership, Lindström continues to be a pioneer in sustainable textile services, inspiring both customers and supply chain actors to grow sustainably.

Mari Granström, Origin by Ocean
Mari Granström is the founder and Chief Executive Activist of Origin by Ocean, a company dedicated to transforming ocean overgrowth such as sargassum, into high-performance bio-based ingredients for the industry. With a background as a PhD Chemist and an avid scuba diver, Dr Granström is on a mission to transform our approach to oceans and their ecosystems through a regenerative value chain that benefits the environment, the economy, and local communities.

Her journey began in the industrial chemical sector, where she gained insight into the challenges of implementing systemic change in the large-scale operations of major corporations. Her unique blend of scientific knowledge and industrial business acumen has positioned her as a leading voice in regenerative business models. Dr. Granström's work extends beyond business; She actively advocates for global environmental policies, participating in several initiatives for the oceans, the environment, and business change.
