If you have registered for an event but are unable to attend, please remember to cancel your registration. Below you will find our general terms and conditions for participation and cancellation.

General Participation Guidelines

We organize both free and paid events for our members. Some events are also open to anyone interested in the topic.

You can choose the following billing options for events:

By registering for our events, you consent to the storage of your personal data. Please read the member registry policy and the event registry policy at the bottom of this website.

Please attend our events only if you are in good health.

Cancellation Policy

If an unexpected obstacle arises, please remember to cancel your registration promptly. Cancellations must be made via the link in the confirmation email.

We apply the following terms to cancellations of events organized by the Family Business Association:

Please note that registration for paid events we organize is binding.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your participation to another representative of your company.

You may cancel your participation free of charge no later than 11 th of November 2026. For cancellations made after this date, we will charge 100% of the participation fee. 

However, if you are unable to come, another Next Gen from the same company can join the event instead of you. Please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 15th of December 2026.

If a participant fails to attend (no-show), the participation fee is not going to be refunded.

Code of Conduct

The Family Business Network Finland's activities are based on the principles of trust and open communication. Our organization’s vitality stems from the active participation of our members. Our members are committed to sharing their experiences and views in a confidential and safe environment. There is zero tolerance for any form of harassment at the Association’s events.

We conduct discussions respectfully and professionally. The FBN Finland is not a place where products and services are sold to other members. Our association is a forum where members can exchange ideas, experiences, and information.

By registering for our events, you agree to abide by the association’s code of conduct.
