Pikku-Syöte is a boutique Arctic wilderness resort in Syöte, at the southern edge of Finnish Lapland

Set far from the crowds, the destination appeals to travellers seeking something beyond the mainstream. With a long history and a distinctive soul, Pikku-Syöte offers privacy and an intimate atmosphere where nature is ever-present, shaping every moment of the stay.

Once a government-funded, non-profit youth and conference centre, Pikku-Syöte is now a family-owned business led by the next generation. Two sisters in their 30s, together with one of their spouses, are driving the sustainable transformation of this hidden Arctic gem. This Learning journey is organised by the family behind Pikku-Syöte.

We warmly welcome all the Next Gens under the different chapters of FBN International to this Learning journey. The program is tailored for international Next Gens, who want to experience the Finnish Lapland more thoroughly.
