Anni Lappalainen & Tuomas Aho, 3rd. Gen, Aho Group
Anni Lappalainen and Tuomas Aho are third-generation members of Aho Group Oy — a Finnish family business in tourism and healthcare, built from the ground up by Dr. Juhani Aho, a founder who refused to see anything as impossible.
Together, the cousins share what their path to ownership looks like up close: what going from 1 → 5 → 13 owners means in practice, and what challenges they have had to overcome along the way.

Eloisa Leiteritz, 4th Gen, Valores Industriales / Productos Familia
Hello, my name is Eloisa Leiteritz. I am a Colombian-German NextGen and university student based in London. I am one of the oldest fourth generation family members within the Colombian personal care and hygiene company Productos Familia. Alongside this, my family operates Valores Industriales, our very own investment company.
Growing up around a multigenerational family-business legacy while pursuing my own interests and career outside the family enterprise has shaped my experience as a NextGen. Having been part of the FBN NextGen community for the past three years, I am particularly interested in a question shared by many young family members: how do you find your own place within a family legacy when you do not yet know what that place should look like?
